set to loop just twice:

Description
The loop
attribute is used to set how many times the marquee text moves across the
screen. Once the number of loops has been reached, the text disappears off
screen (it does not just sit there in place at the end of the
loop).
Value
An integer (1,10, 100 etc) representing the number of times to loop.
