The h3 below, identified as “regional,” will center the content inside the h3 (but as it is identified with the id attribute, CSS could—and should—be used for setting the alignment):

Description

The align attribute affects the text content inside the h3, aligning it to the "left", "right", or "center", or setting it to "justify".

This attribute is deprecated—the correct method for aligning an h3 is to use the CSS text-align property.

Value

The accepted values for h3 are "left", "right", "center", and "justify".
